What is your return policy for evening wear?

We offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and security ribbons attached. Items showing signs of wear or makeup marks will not be accepted.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically takes 5-7 business days via DHL Express. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

For orders to the UK, USA, and EU, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. For all other destinations, your order may be subject to local import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I find my correct size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. As Solace London garments are known for their precision tailoring and structured fabrics, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. You may return the item for a refund once it has been received.
