Place the items in their original Solace London packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached to the garments.

Attach Shipping Label

Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
